In today’s agenda:
- Meaning: The key to happiness, Njuta
- Notes: Selected notes from an internet stanger
- Questions: 5 selected questions from my questions library.
In my day-to-day work, creating copywriting and feeding my visual inspirations are a must to decode how smart content works. I used to use Klarna’s payments installments inside email campaigns I manage. Yesterday, I decided to go all in and dig into their brand communication, kits, press releases, blogs, help center, and everything. I witnessed that the Klarna company are using AI-free copywriting on their websites and business portals, which something I highly recommend for businesses. They use phrases like “Brilliantly out of the ordinary” and “Making everyday money moments better all round”…
It speaks to me as a human, before marketer or a consumer. We all love words like “Simple. Delightful. Smart”. which they use actually.
“Njuta”, the key to happiness?
A swedish word that means: “Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breath more, talk less, say more, love more, and all good things are yours”
— Swedish proverb.
This is njuta, the swedish art of delighting in life. It’s about appreaciating what’s already there, focusing on what you have, and finding happiness in the simple things.
So I say let’s live by those words: let’s fear less, hope more, whine less, breath more, talk less, say more, love more. The rest will come naturally.
Notes from an internet stranger
“School is the advertising agency which makes you believe that you need the society as it is.”
“The crisis of the modern world is the crisis of tools that dominate rather than serve.”
“A convivial society should be designed to allow all its members the most autonomous action by means of tools least controlled by others.”
“Most learning is not the result of instruction. It is rather the result of unhampered participation in a meaningful setting.”
“We must rediscover how to listen to each other, not just to teach.”
Speaks a lot. Tell me which one or the ones that resonates the most to you?
